Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front door upper pillar garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Upper Pillar .
  2. Remove the passenger side front corner garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Right Side Front .
  3. Grasp and gently pull the side door opening frame garnish molding down in order to disengage the retaining clips.
  4. Remove the side door opening frame garnish molding from the vehicle.
  5. Inspect the side door opening frame garnish molding for broken or missing retaining clips. Replace the retaining clips as needed.
