Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the exhaust pipe from the exhaust manifold.
  2. Remove the engine cover.
  3. Disconnect the EGR valve pipe from the exhaust manifold.
  4. Remove the spark plugs.
  5. Remove the exhaust manifold.
  6. Clean all sealing surfaces.
