Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the vehicle.
  2. Using a 1/4 inch (6 mm) drill bit, remove the rivets from the heat shields, as necessary.
  3. Remove the exhaust tailpipe heat shield from the vehicle.

  4. Remove the exhaust tailpipe heat shield from the vehicle.
  5. Remove the muffler heat shield.

  6. Remove the front exhaust pipe heat shield.

  7. Remove the front exhaust pipe heat shield.
