Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System 
  2. Use the J 38185 in order to reposition the hose clamp at the radiator.
  3. Disconnect the outlet hose from the radiator.

  4. Use the J 38185 in order to reposition the hose clamp at the water pump housing.
  5. Disconnect the outlet hose from the water pump housing.
  6. Remove the outlet hose.
