Installation Procedure

  1. Align the marks on the hose. Install the outlet hose to the radiator.
  2. Install the outlet hose (3) to the radiator (2).
  3. Use the J 38185 in order to reposition and install the hose clamp at the radiator.
  4. Install the outlet hose (3) to the water pump housing (1).
  5. Use the J 38185 in order to reposition and install the hose clamp at the water pump housing
  6. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System
