Combination Valve: Removal

  1. Raise the vehicle and properly support it with safety stands. Remove the retaining bolts from the shield. See Fig 1 . Remove the shield.
  2. Disconnect the 2-way electrical connector from the combination valve. See Fig 2 .
  3. Disconnect the front and rear brake pipes from the combination valve. See Fig 3 .
  4. Remove the Allen bolts that fasten the combination valve to the BPMV. Remove the combination valve from the BPMV. See Fig 4 .
  5. Install the transfer tubes to the valve. See Fig 4 .
