Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Buick Regal. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the drive belt idler pulley bracket.
  2. Install the idler pulley bracket bolts.

    Tighten: 

    Tighten the idler pulley bracket bolts to 30 N.m (22 lb ft)

  3. Install the drive belt idler pulley.
  4. Install the drive belt idler pulley bolt.

    Tighten: 

    Tighten the drive belt idler pulley bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft)

  5. Install the supercharger drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (L67)
