Removal Procedure

  1. Partially drain the engine coolant. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
  2. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir hose clamp and the hose at the radiator overflow fitting.

  3. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir retaining bolt.
  4. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir from the cowl tabs.
  5. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir from the vehicle.
  6. Clean the coolant recovery reservoir with soap and water.
  7. Rinse the coolant recovery reservoir with clean water.
