Oil Pan Clean And Inspect (Unit Repair)

Clean oil pan mating surface.
Clean oil pan. Remove all sludge and oil deposits.
Inspect threads for the engine oil drain plug.
Inspect oil pan for cracking near pan rail and transmission mounting points.
Inspect oil pan for cracking resulting from impact or flying road debris.
Repair or replace oil pan as necessary.
