Right Hand Mount: Installation

  1. Install mount onto frame rail studs.
  2. Install mount to frame rail nuts and tighten.

    Torque: 

    Mount-to-Frame Rail Nuts: 110 N.m (81 ft-lbs)

  3. Hand start all mount-to-bracket bolts. Reposition powertrain as required to allow all bolts to hand start.
  4. Beginning with center bolt position tighten mount-to-bracket bolts.

    Torque: 

    Mount-to-Bracket Bolts: 50 N.m (37 ft-lbs) 

  5. Remove engine support fixture SA9105E and engine support fixture adapter J41630, or floor jack.
  6. Install air cleaner assembly.
  7. Start engine and observe idle shake. Compare to pre-removal condition, if excessive perform powertrain balance procedure.
