Right Hand Mount Bracket: Installation

  1. Install mount bracket to engine.
  2. Install bracket to engine bolts.

    Torque: 

    Bracket-to-Engine Bolts (4-Cyl): 110 N.m (81 ft-lbs)

  3. Position mount to frame rail.
  4. Install mount to frame rail nuts and tighten.

    Torque: 

    Mount-to-Frame Rail Nuts: 110 N.m (81 ft-lbs) 

  5. Hand start all mount to bracket bolts. Reposition powertrain as required to allow all bolts to hand start.

  6. Tighten mount to bracket bolts, starting with center positions first.

    Torque: 

    Mount-to-Bracket Bolts: 50 N.m (37 ft-lbs) 

  7. Remove engine support.
  8. Install air cleaner assembly.
  9. Start engine and observe idle shake, if excessive perform powertrain balance procedure: Operation #2.
