Engine Cooling Fan: Removal

  1. Remove front fascia.
  2. Drain coolant.
  3. Disconnect fan motor from engine harness.

  4. Unclip wire harness from fan assembly.

  5. Unclip transmission cooler lines from fan assembly.

  6. Remove battery box inlet air duct.

  7. Remove condenser splash shield.

  8. Remove radiator inlet hose.

  9. Remove radiator outlet hose.

  10. Remove upper CRFM bracket assemblies.

  11. Lift CRFM assembly from lower brackets and carefully move bottom of assembly rearward while tilting the top forward.

  12. Remove fan assembly to radiator bolt.
  13. Remove fan assembly.
