Auxiliary Coolant Pump Hose: Installation

  1. Install auxiliary coolant pump hose and clamp to pump outlet.
  2. Position clamp at 10 o'clock.
  3. Lower vehicle.
  4. Install auxiliary coolant pump hose and clamp to engine port.
  5. Position clamp at 2 o'clock.
  6. Install battery box /UHJB assembly.
  7. Connect negative battery cable.

    Torque: 

    Battery Terminal Bolt: 17 N.m (13 ft-lbs) 

  8. Fill cooling system.
