Auxiliary Coolant Pump - L81: Installation

  1. Install heater outlet hose to pump assembly.
  2. Position clamp at 5 o'clock.
  3. Install auxiliary coolant pump hose to pump assembly.
  4. Position clamp at 10 o'clock.
  5. Position pump assembly to transmission and install bolt.

    Torque: 

    Auxiliary Coolant Pump Bolt: 10 N.m (89 in-lbs) 

  6. Lower vehicle.
  7. Fill cooling system.
