Stabilizer Shaft: Installation

  1. Install the stabilizer shaft to the rear suspension support. See Figure.
  2. Install the stabilizer shaft insulator brackets and hand tighten the bolts. Do not tighten the bolts at this time.
  3. Install the right and left stabilizer shaft link nuts to the stabilizer shaft links. See Figure.
    • Tighten the stabilizer shaft link nuts to 52 N.m (38 lb ft).
    • Tighten the stabilizer shaft insulator bracket nuts to 48 N.m (35 lb ft).
  4. Install the tires and wheels.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
