Knuckle Bushing Replacement - Lower: Installation

  1. Using the J-45265, install the lower control arm bushing into the knuckle assembly. See Figure.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the knuckle assembly into the lower control arm.
    • Tighten the lower control arm to knuckle bolt to 110 N.m (81 lb ft).
    • Tighten the upper control arm to knuckle bolt to 160 N.m (118 lb ft).
  3. Install the tire and wheel.
  4. Lower the vehicle.
