Control Valve Body: Installation

Install new spacer plate assembly on transaxle case assembly. Install control valve body assembly on transaxle case assembly. See Figure . Secure control valve body assembly to transaxle case assembly with 3 silver bolts. See Figure .
Tighten 3 silver bolts in sequence shown to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Secure control valve body assembly to transaxle case assembly with 15 Black bolts. See Figure .

NOTE: Note orientation of manual valve before connecting manual valve link assembly.

Tighten Black bolts in the following 3 separate steps in sequence shown:
- Tighten to 44 INCH. lbs. (5 N.m).
- Tighten to 89 INCH. lbs. (10 N.m).
- Tighten to 124 INCH. lbs. (14 N.m)
Connect manual valve link assembly to manual valve. Install valve body cover assembly. See CONTROL VALVE BODY COVER .
