Brake Pedal Assembly: Removal

  1. Remove the left instrument panel insulator. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the accelerator pedal.
  2. Disconnect the brake pedal pushrod from the brake pedal.
  3. Remove the brake switch from the brake pedal. Disconnect the electrical harness from the brake pedal.
  4. Remove the upper and the lower mounting nuts from the brake pedal assembly. Remove the brake pedal assembly.
