Master Cylinder: Installation

- Bench bleed the master cylinder. See MASTER CYLINDER BENCH BLEEDING under BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM. Install the master cylinder to the vacuum brake booster.
- Install the master cylinder mounting nuts. Tighten to specifications. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Remove the plugs from the brake pipe. Connect the brake pipes to the master cylinder. Tighten to specifications. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Connect the electrical connector to the brake fluid level sensor. Bleed the brake system. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM .
