Brake Caliper - Front Dual Piston: Installation

  1. Install the brake caliper on the mounting bracket.
  2. Install the brake caliper bolts to the mounting bracket. Tighten the brake caliper bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Install the brake hose bolt and washers. Tighten the brake hose bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  4. Fill the brake master cylinder to the proper level. See MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR FILLING  under BLEEDING.
  5. Bleed the brake calipers. See HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM - MANUAL  or HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM - PRESSURE  under BLEEDING.
  6. Install the tire and wheel assembly.
  7. Lower the vehicle.
