Intake Manifold: Installation

- Apply a 1/8" (2-3 mm) wide to 1/16" (0.5-1.5 mm) high bead of Sealer (GM 12378521) to sealing surface of intake manifold.
- The left side and right side intake manifolds are not interchangeable. Install intake manifold to cylinder head. Install intake manifold 9 bolts and 2 nuts.
- Install intake manifold tube. Install left fuel rail assembly. Install fuel junction block. Install turbocharger assembly.
- Apply a 1/8" (2-3 mm) wide to 1/16" (0.5-1.5 mm) high bead of Sealer (GM 12378521) to sealing surface of intake manifold.
- The left side and right side intake manifolds are not interchangeable. Install intake manifold to cylinder head. Install intake manifold 9 bolts and 2 nuts.
- Install intake manifold tube. Install left fuel rail assembly. Install fuel junction block. Install turbocharger assembly. See TURBOCHARGER .
