Fan Shroud: Installation

  1. Install upper fan shroud. Install fan shroud bolts. Install fan shroud retainers. Connect TCM electrical connectors. Install TCM and cover. Tighten TCM electrical connector bolts.
  2. Install TCM cover to fan shroud. Install TCM cover bolts. Install engine harness clip to PCM cover. Install A/C line retainer to fan shroud.
  3. Install air cleaner outlet duct. Tighten air cleaner outlet duct clamp at throttle body. Tighten air cleaner outlet duct clamp at mass airflow sensor.


Install lower fan shroud to retaining clips on radiator and firmly push down. If equipped with engine oil cooler, install oil cooler hose clip to lower fan shroud. Install cooling fan. See FAN BLADE ASSEMBLY .
