  1. Ensure ignition is off and key is removed. Connect passenger-side air bag module Yellow 2-pin connector. See Figure. Install Connector Position Assurance (CPA) clip. Close glove box door.
  2. Install SIR fuse in instrument panel fuse block, located on left end of instrument panel. Staying well away from air bags, turn ignition on. Check SIR system for proper operation. See SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK .
