Removal & Installation

  1. Before proceeding, see AIR BAG SAFETY PRECAUTIONS . Disconnect applicable under seat electrical connectors. Remove seat from vehicle.
  2. Disconnect electrical connector from SPS. See Fig 1. Drill out rivets retaining SPS to seat track. Remove SPS.
  3. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten seat mounting bolts and nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
