Zone 6

  1. Ensure ignition is off and key is removed. Connect electrical connector to passenger-side Side Impact Sensor (SIS). See Figure. Install Connector Position Assurance (CPA) clip. Install seat belt pretensioner. See SEAT BELT PRETENSIONER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Install lower B-pillar trim panel. Install front and rear door sill plates. Activate Zone 9. See ZONE 9 .
  2. Connect negative battery cable. Install AM2 fuse in junction block, located in lower left side of instrument panel. Staying well away from air bag modules, turn ignition on. Check air bag system for proper operation. See SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK .
