Zone 1

  1. Ensure ignition is off and key is removed. Connect driver-side front end discriminating sensor electrical connector. See Figure. Install Connector Position Assurance (CPA) clip. Connect passenger-side front end discriminating sensor electrical connector. See Figure. Install CPA clip.
  2. Connect negative battery cable. Install AM2 fuse in junction block, located in lower left side of instrument panel. See Figure. Staying well away from air bag modules, turn ignition on. Check air bag system for proper operation. See SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK .
