Removal & Installation (3.8L)

Turn OFF the ignition. Reposition the pinch clamp from the valve end of the hose. Disconnect the vacuum line from the valve. See Fig 1. Remove the Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pipe fasteners. Remove the fastener that secures the valve to the bracket. Remove the valve and pipe assembly from the vehicle. To install, reverse removal procedure.
