EGR Valve: Installation

Install the EGR valve with a new gasket to the intake manifold. Install the bolts through the EGR valve. Tighten the bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Connect the pipe assembly to the EGR valve. Install the bolt. Tighten the bolt to specification. Install the EGR valve electrical connector.
Install a new gasket on the EGR adapter. Install the EGR valve and 2 nuts. Tighten the nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Connect the EGR valve electrical connector.
