Removal & Installation

  1. Remove the Fill Line assembly from the vehicle. See FILL LINE . Mark the orientation of the inlet and outlet lines on the check valve. Remove the inlet line from the check valve. Remove the outlet line from the check valve.
  2. To install, connect the outlet line to the check valve using new "O" rings. Lubricate the "O" rings with petroleum jelly or equivalent. Tighten the fuel line. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Connect the inlet line to the check valve using new "O" rings. Lubricate the "O" rings with petroleum jelly or equivalent. Align the inlet and outlet lines to the same orientation as previously recorded. Tighten the fuel line. Install the Fill Line assembly into the vehicle.
