Removal & Installation (4.2L)

Disconnect Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor harness connector. See Fig 1. Remove CMP sensor retaining bolt and CMP sensor. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten CMP sensor retaining bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
