Removal (4.8L, 5.3L & 6.0L)

NOTE: Numbers in parenthesis refer to numbers in illustrations.

Remove the generator. Disconnect IAC valve harness connector. Remove IAC valve retaining screws (1). See Fig 1. Remove IAC valve (2) and "O" ring (3) from throttle body.
