Removal Procedure

  1. If necessary, remove the engine sight shield. Refer to Engine Sight Shield Replacement (4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L (LQ4))  or Engine Sight Shield Replacement (6.0L (LQ9)) .
  2. Disconnect the oil pressure sensor electrical connector (1).

  4. Using J 41712  or equivalent, remove the oil pressure sensor.
