Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  1. From under the vehicle, install the drive belt tensioner assembly and bolt to the engine.

    Ensure that the pin on the tensioner fits into the locating hole on the engine front cover.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the drive belt tensioner bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  2. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
