Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal: Removal

- Remove flywheel.
- Install guide pins from the Crankshaft Rear Seal Puller (J-43320) into the crankshaft.
- Install crankshaft rear seal puller over the guide pins.
- Using a suitable drill, insert 8 of the self-drilling sheet metal screws into the rear crankshaft seal, using a criss-cross pattern. The self-tapping screws are included with the crankshaft rear seal puller.
- Thread the center bolt of the crankshaft rear seal puller into the crankshaft to remove the seal.
- Remove guide pins from the crankshaft.
