Conditions For Setting DTC

The actual engine speed is 100 RPM less than the desired engine speed for more than 8 seconds for each test.
The PCM detects the IAC test failed 5 consecutive times per ignition cycle.
The vehicle must enter this criteria and then leave the criteria for one second in order to complete one IAC test.
