Installation Procedure

  1. Apply the engine oil to the outside diameter of the crankshaft front oil seal.

  2. Use the J 44218 to install the front oil seal.

  3. Remove the J 44218.
  4. Install the crank balancer shaft. Refer to Crankshaft Balancer Replacement .
