Vacuum Hose Harness: Removal

  1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. See HVAC MODULE ASSEMBLY . Disconnect the yellow hose from the mode actuator. See Figure. Disconnect the red hose from the mode actuator. Remove the vacuum hose harness clips from the HVAC module assembly.
  2. Disconnect the blue hose from the defroster actuator. See Figure. Disconnect the green hose from the defroster actuator. Disconnect the violet hose from the vacuum tank.
  3. Disconnect the orange hose from the recirculation actuator. See Figure. Remove the vacuum hose harness clip screw. Remove the vacuum hose harness.
