Removal (Heater Door)

Remove the HVAC module assembly. See HVAC MODULE ASSEMBLY . Remove the heater core case cover. Remove the heater core bracket and screw. See HEATER CORE .
Remove the heater core. Remove the heater door linkage from the heater door. Remove the heater case cover shroud. Remove the heater door from the HVAC module case. See Fig 1. Inspect the defroster door for damage.
