Removal & Installation (Air Temperature Door)

Remove HVAC control assembly. See HVAC CONTROL ASSEMBLY . Remove evaporator core. See EVAPORATOR CORE . Unclip link end of temperature door shaft. Remove temperature door from module. See Fig 1. Slide door to right. Pull down on door in order to remove link end of door. To install, reverse removal procedure.
