Fuel Rail Temperature Sensor: Installation

  1. Install the fuel temperature sensor. Tighten the sensor to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Connect the fuel temperature sensor electrical connector. Install the charged air cooler inlet duct to the turbocharger.
  2. Align the mark on the duct with the mark on the turbocharger. Position the clamp for proper clearance. Tighten the clamp to specification. Install the upper intake manifold cover. Install the upper intake manifold cover to the outlet duct. Tighten the outlet duct clamp at the upper intake manifold cover to specification.
