Removal (Without Allison Transmission)

- Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. See AIR CLEANER OUTLET DUCT under AIR INDUCTION SYSTEMS. If equipped remove the throttle body heater hose retainer from the fan shroud.
- If equipped remove the inlet radiator hose retainer from the fan shroud. Remove the fan shroud retainers. Remove the fan shroud bolts Remove the upper fan shroud.
