Removal (Pickup)

Raise and support vehicle. Disconnect the fuel pipes from the fuel cooler. See QUICK CONNECT FITTINGS (METAL COLLAR) . Remove the retaining bolts from the chassis and crossmember. Remove the fuel cooler. Remove the fuel cooler support bracket bolt, and bracket from the fuel cooler, if necessary. See Fig 1.
