Removal (With Floor Console)

  1. Remove the floor air outlet duct extension from the floor duct. See Fig 1. Remove the floor console. Remove the screws from the floor console duct. Remove the floor console duct.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connection from the mode actuator. See Figure. Remove the mode actuator mounting screws from the heater/vent module. See Fig 2. Remove the mode actuator as an assembly with the actuator cam.
