Installation (Auxiliary - Avalanche, Escalade, Suburban, Tahoe & Yukon)

  1. Install the auxiliary heater pipes to the vehicle. Install the auxiliary heater pipes to the clamps. Install the heater/A/C tubes retaining nut to the stud at the frame. See Figure. Tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  2. Install the auxiliary heater pipes to the auxiliary heater core. See Figure. Install the right front wheelhouse panel. Install the right rear wheelhouse panel. Install both of the right tires.
  3. Install the auxiliary heater pipes to the heater inlet and outlet tees. See Figure. Connect the outlet heater hose to the heater core. See Figure. Connect the inlet heater hose to the heater core. Fill the cooling system.
