Removal (Front Auxiliary HVAC Overhead Control) (Avalanche, Escalade, Suburban, Tahoe & Yukon)

Remove the overhead console screw. Remove the overhead console from the headliner. See Fig 1. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the auxiliary HVAC control assembly assembly. Remove the overhead console from the vehicle. Remove the auxiliary HVAC control assembly from the overhead console.
