EGR Valve Inlet Pipe: Removal

  1. Remove the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve. See EGR VALVE .
  2. Remove the EGR valve outlet pipe. See EGR VALVE OUTLET PIPE . Remove the EGR valve inlet pipe mounting bolt from the exhaust manifold. See Figure. Remove the mounting bolt and the stud from the EGR valve inlet pipe bracket. Remove the EGR valve inlet pipe assembly.
