Removal (4.3L)

  1. Turn ignition off. Remove air cleaner resonator outlet duct. See AIR CLEANER RESONATOR OUTLET DUCT  under AIR INDUCTION SYSTEMS.
  2. Disconnect Throttle Position (TP) sensor harness connector. TP sensor is located on driver's side of throttle body unit. See Figure. Remove TP sensor mounting screws. Remove TP sensor from throttle body unit.
