Throttle Position Sensor: Installation

  1. Install the TP sensor. Align the TP sensor with the throttle shaft. Install the TP sensor screws and tighten the screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  2. Connect the TP sensor electrical connector. Install air cleaner resonator outlet duct. See AIR CLEANER RESONATOR OUTLET DUCT  under AIR INDUCTION SYSTEMS.
