Fuel Composition Sensor (Flex-Fuel): Installation

- If required, install the fuel composition sensor to the bracket and install the bolts. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the fuel composition sensor. Install the fuel composition sensor nuts and tighten to specification. Connect the fuel composition sensor electrical connector.
- Connect the fuel composition sensor fuel pipes. See FUEL LINE DISCONNECT FITTINGS under FUEL SYSTEMS.
- Install the fuel line retainers. Lower the vehicle. Use the following procedure in order to inspect for leaks: Turn the ignition on, with the engine off, for 2 seconds. Turn the ignition off for 10 seconds. Turn the ignition on, with the engine off. Inspect for fuel leaks.
