EGR Pipe (8.1L): Installation

Install NEW EGR gaskets (1). See Fig 1. Install the EGR valve pipe (2). Install the EGR valve pipe bolts (3) and tighten the bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
Install the bolt (4) to the right side head and tighten the bolts to specification. Install the EGR valve nuts (5) and tighten the nuts to specification.
Install the engine sight shield. See ENGINE SIGHT SHIELD under MISCELLANEOUS.
